There’s no Friday or Monday or weekend spectator ticket.  Tickets and camping are available for registered amateur riders only.

HOW DO RACERS REGISTER AND GET TICKETS?  

Just register online and wait for an email from us with information and a link to purchase tickets and camping.  Tickets will be available online no later than August 17.

                   

 


You can register for Thursday practice, Saturday race, Sunday race or any combination of the three.

RACE FORMAT AND FEES

Classes for 50cc Jr/Sr and up motorcycles on the big track.
Classes on the 50 track for the smaller 50cc class, 65 Beginner, Trailblazer, etc.
1-moto race format on the big track; transponder scoring included in race fee.
2-moto race format on the 50 track; hand scoring.


ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS!  All pre-registered riders must check in at the track registration office!

Both race days are AMA and District 14 sanctioned.  AMA membership required for all racers; D14 required for Michigan racers.  See bottom, right of this page for membership links.

CURRENT AMA MEMBERSHIP TO REGISTER FOR A RACE!  If you need to join or renew, you can do that online at the link on the bottomof this page.  Membership is not required to register for Friday practice.

With 2 hours less daylight than July 4, time is a concern.  Running a 1-moto format will allow us to include 50 Jr. and Sr. classes each day and leave enough time to re-prep the track after the races each day.


REFUND POLICY

To cancel any or all of your entries, email a request to [email protected] by 12pm EST on Monday, August 31, 2020 for a full refund to the credit card used for purchase.  If you’re canceling all classes, all of your tickets, camping and parking will also be refunded to the credit card used for payment.

After 12pm EST on August 31…

Since this is not a spectator event, everyone must have one entry.  Any additional entries can be refunded at the track as follows:

Come to registration to drop a class BEFORE THE FIRST PRACTICE STARTS FOR THE EVENT YOU WANT TO DROP.  Your original form of payment will be refunded the full amount for each entry canceled.   (Example: Cancel a Sunday class before the first practice starts on Sunday; cancel a Monday class before the first practice starts on Monday.)  Refunds will be initiated from our office no later than Friday, September 11, 2020. Credit cards vary; you’ll usually see the credit applied to your account within a week after we initiate the refund.

Please make class, bike or number changes at the track ASAP, and before practice each day at the latest.

TICKET AND CAMPING PRICES

Each camping pass includes your camper plus 1 additional pass for a passenger car/truck/van to park in your camp site.  Car passes are not valid for camping vehicles.

IMPORTANT WEEKEND INFO FOR RACERS

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

All amateur racers and their crews/families will have exclusive access to the amateur pits (camping and parking areas), track infield, food service and vendors, amateur registration, etc..  All pro racers and teams will have exclusive access to the pro paddock, a separate viewing area, pro registration etc.  Amateur and Pro racers will have exclusive access to Staging and Staring line on their respective race days only.  The pro paddock will be very tightly restricted and follow the MX Sports safety protocols; access is through the Main Street entrance.  The amateur paddock is restricted to registered riders and their crews/families and will follow RedBud safety protocols; access through the Red Bud Trail entrance.

Bleachers and grandstands will be closed.  There will be no activities that cause people to gather in a large group.  Everyone should bring a mask or face covering; Michigan business (grocery stores, Wal-Mart, gas stations, etc.) require one to enter.

As requirements will likely change prior to race weekend, we will email a complete list of protocols to each participant prior to the event.


OTHER TRACK RULES

NO GLASS CONTAINERS! 

Small campfires, inside a ring, will be permitted at your campsite unless it’s too dry.  Assume they will be allowed unless we post otherwise here.

Pets are allowed IF 1) You have an air conditioned RV, and 2) you keep them on a leash in your camp site.  Your pet cannot leave your camp site.

Pit Vehicles: TBA

WATER:  You should come in with water tanks full. Water is available in several locations, but may be too far for you to reach to fill. An outside water fill service and sewer pump service will be on site and will charge a reasonable fee. The power wash area is inside the pro paddock and will not be accessible this weekend.  Power washers must be used at your pit area.

There are no showers on site; only porta potties and restroom trailers. No RV hookups available.

Memberships

AMA membership is required for ALL racers.  Your AMA membership must be current to register online.

District 14 membership is required for all MICHIGAN racers.  Riders from all state are eligible to earn D14 points as well and are encouraged to join!
