PRO TRACK RACE FORMAT & SCORING

No qualifiers.  Overfull classes will be split into Divisions; each division will be awarded separately.
Transponder rental & scoring included in race fee. $100 security deposit required.  You can use the credit card you used for pre-entry; they only charge it if you don’t return the transponder.  Or pay $100 cash, refundable when you return.

PIT VEHICLES will be allowed for ages 18 & up.  Daily hours for use: 7am until 7pm.  This is a nice perk for people coming this year!  We don’t have room for them on a “regular” national weekend.  You must register them; cost will be $30.  (Registration location and times for pit vehicles will be posted and announced at the track.)  You’ll be able to drive to the 50 track, to the top of the hill outside Gate 4, and inside Gate 1.  We recommend Gate 1 for folks who can’t walk around much; you can sit there in a golf cart and see quite a bit of the racetrack.

REFUND POLICY

You can cancel and refund your online entry any time before the event by emailing [email protected]  You can request a refund for any unused online entries (not checked in at the track) through 9/11/20 as long as you haven’t purchased tickets.  In order to attend the event, you must remain registered for at least one event.  The full registration price of online entries will be refunded; credit card service charges will not be refunded.

Once you’ve checked in at the track, you can cancel any entry and request a refund anytime until the first practice starts for the event you want to cancel.  Online entries will be refunded to your credit card; cash entries will be refunded in cash.

Please make class, bike or number changes at the track ASAP, and before practice each day at the latest!

Small campfires, inside a ring, will be permitted at your campsite unless it’s too dry.  Assume they will be allowed unless we post otherwise here.

Pets are allowed IF 1) You have an air conditioned RV, and 2) you keep them on a leash in your camp site.  Your pet cannot leave your camp site.

WATER:  You should come in with water tanks full. Water is available in several locations, but may be too far for you to reach to fill. An outside water fill service and sewer pump service will be on site and will charge a reasonable fee. The power wash area is inside the pro paddock and will not be accessible this weekend.  Power washers must be used at your pit area.

There are no showers on site; only porta potties and restroom trailers. No RV hookups available.
