Loretta Lynn Amateur Regional Championship

May 29 – 31, 2026

Loretta Lynn's Regional Championship

RACERS, DO THIS FIRST: Register your classes with MX Sports here.

Once registered with MX Sports, you can register your classes for the Regional event at RedBud HERE. (RedBud online registration opens at 10am on Wednesday, May 20.) You'll need to check-in at Registration at the track to hold your spot and pick up practice sticker(s).

ALTERNATES: Register with both MX Sports and RedBud, and check-in at the track ASAP. You can ride Friday practice and Saturday morning practice, then check with Registration to see if you've been placed into your class(es). If you don't make it into a final class list, RedBud will refund your weekend race fee, and you can contact MX Sports to refund your Regional entry fee with them as well.

There will be qualifiers in many classes at the Regional. There are eight Area Qualifiers, and the top nine finishers from each are eligible to enter the Regional Championship. That’s 72 possible entries per class.

If necessary, your class will be split into two qualifiers. Riders who don't advance from their qualifier will have a spot in the LCQ (last chance qualifier). See the Loretta Lynn’s Supplemental Rules to find the advancement table, based on the total number of class entries. Your qualifier (or LCQ) finish will count as your first moto finish.

Gate Information

* EARLY ARRIVALS * The Berrien County Youth Fairgrounds (6 miles from the track) is offering camping from approximately 6pm Wednesday (time will be confirmed ASAP) until Thursday at 1:50pm when a police escort leads rigs from Staging to the track.

Google Maps Directions (Shawnee Road Fairgrounds Entrance)

If you arrive at the fairgrounds while the entrance is still manned, they'll charge $20 and you can plug in and fill with water while you're there. The fairgrounds is manned by volunteers and they don't have a specific "closing" time set for Wednesday, but once they leave, they'll lock the inner gate and you can line up along the entrance road and park overnight (no charge, and no power or water available in those lanes).

Oronoko Township Police will escort the vehicles from staging to arrive at RedBud at 2pm. Staged rigs will be the first in!

IF YOU'RE NOT USING THE STAGING AREA, PLAN TO ARRIVE AT 2:30pm OR LATER THURSDAY. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for all the rigs from Staging to come in and may be directed past the entrance to avoid blocking the county road.

Once the gates open, they’re open all weekend, including overnights.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Gate fee (listed below) is for all racers, and for spectators ages 12 & up. There is no charge for kids 11 & under not racing.
  2. Camping fee is $50 per vehicle (total, not per night); or $30 for Saturday night only.
  3. Legal pit vehicles may be used by adults (age 18 & up) and do not require a pass or extra fee. Pedal bicycles may be used by anyone. See rules below for a list of legal vehicles and where they may be used.
