INFO FOR RACERS UNDER 18 💥
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT: BOTH PARENTS or LEGAL GUARDIANS, and the racer must sign a waiver! (Parents can do this for kids who are too young to type or write.) Don’t shoot the messenger; we do whatever the insurance company mandates.
Option 1: Register your racer online. This is the easiest way to meet all the requirements! Register Here
Option 1: Enter BOTH parent (or legal guardian) names and email addresses. You and the racer will complete the waiver first, then enter an email for the second parent to receive a waiver link. Complete the process. Registration isn’t finished until both parents respond respond to a confirmation email. One parent can come to Registration at the track to check the rider in.
Option 2: A SmartWaiver link will be ready by race day if not sooner. (That means you can text a link to the parent who’s not here so they can complete a waiver from their phone, computer or tablet.) One or both parents can complete the Smartwaiver online, and one can bring the racer to Registration at the track. Please excuse the delay; our insurance provider has changed and a new waiver is in process.
Option 3: Both parents or legal guardians bring the racer to Registration at the track and fill out waivers.
With all three options, there’s a selection for “Sole Custody”. DON’T CHECK THAT BOXunless you are the LEGAL sole guardian! Falsely claiming to be a legal sole guardian could cause you serious problems down the road.
