It’s VetFest Time!!

New to the VetFest? It’s a fun weekend of motocross with a retro, no pressure vibe. It includes an optional Friday practice, and Saturday race classes for adult riders only, starting at 18 Plus and going up to 70 Plus! There are A (Expert), B/C (Intermediate) and Novice (Beginner) classes in most age ranges. You’ll see lots of “used-to-race” and “once-a-year” racers, millitary veterans and long time fast riders at this event!
PLEASE NOTE: This weekend is all about the grownups. There are no youth classes or activities for kids. Anyone under age 18 may not use a pit vehicle of any kind.

Don’t miss Friday night dinner at the pavilion! Get your tickets Friday morning at the concession stand BEFORE NOON (so they can finalize and pick up the meat order). $35 for steak / $30 for chicken plus salad, sides and dessert. No one leaves hungry!
Gate Hours and Prices
Gates open Thursday, (August 15, 2024) at 6pm Eastern and stay open through the Saturday event, including overnights.
You can pull into the lanes and wait as early as 5pm Thursday, but please don’t park on the shoulder of Red Bud Trail!
You pay a gate fee ONE time; your wristband is good for the entire event. *There’s no camping fee, no reservation needed for Friday and Saturday (see below regarding Saturday night camping).
Primitive camping: no hookups, but plenty of water fill stations available, as well as a large bike wash area with water connections for your power washer.
One-Time Gate Fees (all riders, and spectators age 12 & up)

Prices change at 6am daily. That is, ticket price on Friday at 5:30am is $40; the price changes to $35 at 6am when the shift changes.
Camping
Camping is available Thursday and Friday nights at no extra charge.
Due to popular demand, we offer camping Saturday night as well as many of you travel a long way!
Saturday Camping Info: $10 per vehicle
Everything needs to be loaded up after the races / NO pit bikes, golf carts, race bikes or any vehicles in use after the race concludes / Please exit by 10am Sunday; gates will be locked at 10am.

Friday Practice starts at noon; 3 rounds.
Saturday Practice starts at 9am with racing immediately following.
ONLINE REGISTRATION IS PREFERRED AND MAKES REGISTRATION LINES GO MUCH FASTER! You can register on site … just look for the longer, slower lines.
Friday practice – $40 – 3 rotations
Race Fees & Payback:
$55 | “A” Classes ($ payback – bank check)
$50 | “B” and “Novice” Classes – VetFest Plaques
$25 | Warrior (Military Veterans) Class – show Military ID at signup – VetFest Plaques
Transponder scoring for all classes. Pick up transponder before coming to a signup window. $10 rental fee (cash or card); credit card required for security deposit. Please use your transponder Friday to sort out any problems before race day; there’s no extra rental charge for Friday.
