2012 National Event Highlights

DAILY GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET FEES AND GATE HOURS:

TICKET INFORMATION

One of these two tickets is required for admission:

General Admission - A Saturday General Admission ticket is all you need to see all the pro racing!
Saturday tickets are good until midnight, so you can stay after the national and watch some night racing and fireworks.

Tickets are also available for Wednesday through Sunday, Thursday through Sunday, Friday through Sunday, Saturday/Sunday and Sunday only.

Remember two important things if you stay after the pro racing is over:

1) The pro track area is cleared at approximately 7pm.
Your Saturday ticket is valid at the night track and surrounding area; it does not give you access to camping Lot B.

2) Vehicles must be removed from daily parking lots by midnight or they'll be towed at owner's expense. If you're having too much fun and decide to stay overnight, no problem. You'll just need to upgrade your ticket, purchase a camping space and move your vehicle. You can take care of that at the Security station along the main road near the night track.

VIP Pass - A VIP pass includes admission to the event, Wednesday through Sunday. (All days are included for your convenience; there is no rebate if you only come for Saturday.) VIP pass holders have access to the VIP area on Saturday, which includes a private restroom trailer, bleacher seating, table seating under a large tent, catered lunch and soft drinks, live timing & scoring and TV feed (depending on availability). VIP passes also include a Saturday all-day pit pass, Saturday preferred parking, a RedBud t-shirt (this may or may not be a national event t-shirt) and an event program. Please note: preferred parking is in two separate locations, depending on which gate you enter. If you use the main gate (Gate C), parking is near Gate 5. If you use the Saturday express entrance (Gate D), parking is at the east end of the field near the ticket booth. The only things NOT included with a VIP pass are camping and parking fees.

Both types of tickets are available online in advance. General Admission tickets are always available at the track. VIP tickets are limited and sold at the track while quantities last.

Tickets do not include camping or parking fees.

The following add-on tickets and passes are optional and do not include admission to the event:

Early Entry Pit Pass - This optional pass gives you access to the pro pits from 9am until noon on Saturday. You can walk by each team and see the bikes, mechanics and riders up close. Most teams have designated autograph times. Stop by your favorite team(s) to find their autograph times and policies. Autographs are not guaranteed. An Early Entry Pit Pass is $15; no charge for children under age 6. All children must be accompanied by an adult. No alcohol in the pro pits. QUANTITIES ARE LIMITED. Pit passes are available in advance online, and sold at the track Friday night from 7-9pm (night track vending area), and Saturday morning (near Gate 9 at the pro track vending area) from 7am until they're gone. If you purchase onilne, bring your printed ticket to the pits pass sales tent to get your pit pass.

All Day Pit Pass - This optional pass is offered by Racer X with the purchase of a magazine subscription. It's available online through the RedBud ticket site. Quantities are limited. Remaining passes go on sale Saturday morning at 7am at the Racer X booth. If you purchase this pass online, bring your printed ticket to the Racer X booth to get your pit pass.

Reserved Grandstands - This optional ticket gives you a reserved seat in the grandstands located on the infield near the announcers tower. This is the only reserved seating we offer. Top row seats are $30 and normally sell out in advance. All remaining rows are $5 and are normally available at the track. The bottom row of the grandstands is reserved for handicapped fans and a guest at no charge. A food stand and portable restrooms are available inside the grandstands fence, which is a nice perk for grandstand seat holders.

PARKING INFORMATION:

Saturday-only parking fee is $10 per car; no charge for street bikes. Daily parking is available Thursday, Friday and Sunday at no charge.

DAILY EVENTS AND INFO

If you're looking for the one-day pro ticket, that will be Saturday. If you'd like to watch the pros and enjoy the weekend festival, there will be activities Friday and Saturday nights. If you want to hit the track yourself, there are amateur practice and racing days on Thursday, Friday and Sunday.

Wednesday
Gates open; camping available (Lot A only. Lot B vehicles camp in a staging area until Lot B opens on Friday morning).

Thursday
Camping available (Lot A only. Lot B vehicles camp in a staging area until Lot B opens on Friday morning).
Amateur practice - pro track.
No charge for daily parking. Day parking lot must be emptied by midnight.

Friday
Camping available (Lots A & B).
Amateur race - pro track.
Amateur night race - night track.
No charge for daily parking. Day parking lot must be emptied after the night race ends.

Saturday
ALL PRO RACING IS ON SATURDAY, JULY 6th!!!
Camping available (Lots A & B).
Pro national.
Amateur race - night track.
Fireworks.
Daily parking $10 per vehicle; no charge for street bikes.

Please note if you're staying after the national events: A Saturday ticket is valid until midnight. Saturday tickets are not valid in camping Lot B! If you want to camp, you'll need to buy a wristband. If your car is staying Saturday night, you'll need to buy a camping or overnight parking pass.

Amateur race - pro track

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES

No pets - except in camping Lot A, in air conditioned RVs. Pets may not leave your campsite.
NO PIT BIKES THIS WEEKEND. No golf carts, ATVs, scooters or anything motorized.
Ticket gates accept cash only. Amateur registration also accepts Visa & Mastercard.
No weapons (MI state law prohibits firearms at sporting events).
No glass containers, but you are welcome to bring coolers, food and beverages.
